The Oxford Blue dates back to the 1800’s. Originally two game keepers cottages, it was then converted into a traditional Inn and has served the local community ever since, in a number of different guises.
Acquired in 2015 by Chef Proprietor, Steven Ellis, the property has undergone a magnificent transformation marrying the finest elements of tradition with modern practicalities and comfort.
While children are not disallowed at The Oxford Blue, we would like to inform you that we do not have a children’s menu, baby changing facilities or high chairs. Children are welcome to have smaller portions of some of our dishes, however we would like for you to be aware that we have fantastic child friendly pubs in the neighbourhood.
