Scottish Shellfish, Yorkshire rhubarb, Somerset cider and ripe Stilton. At The Oxford Blue we have a passion for great produce with integrity and tradition.

Promoting British produce has always been important to me, so the prospect of opening a restaurant with this in mind was very appealing. We are rediscovering our own culinary heritage and realising that British food is something that we can not only be proud of, but also relish. With a modern take on traditional English dishes, our passion is to put English food on the world culinary map.

We are fortunate to be working with some of the country’s most fantastic producers who, like us, have the enthusiasm in savouring tradition and showcasing what we do best. Our culinary heritage with its fine foods and deep-rooted traditions is a cuisine to be proud of.

We are privileged to be able to work alongside companies such as Tregothnan Estate, Fish for Thought and The Crown Estate,  we can’t wait to be able to start promoting our country’s hidden jewels.
